Name: Laurelin Dean ('Elurediel' before her marriage).

Culture: Elf

Age: Just over 4000, looks 30 at the most.

Birthday: 17th January.

Alliance: Medium to Low Good. Really depends whether she's curled up in front of the staffroom fire with a glass of Chardonay, or whether she's just been late to a lesson, tripped up by a trick step, fooled by a fake door, sliding across a corridor covered by ice, caught by Peeves while temper building and then had to sort a fight in the corridor while soaking wet thanks to the poltergeist's water bombs.

Aliases: Laurel, Laurel-leaf, Char-but only if you're one of her close friends.

Marriage Status: Married with children.

Occupation: When in Middle Earth, nothing. When in Hogwarts, Professor of Ancient Runes and Deputy Headmistress.

Appearance: Average height, with chocolate brown hair and sea-green eyes. Slim but strong, in manner of the Elves.

Clothes: She favors light robes or a black dress for work, a pretty gown for a formal occasion, tunic and leggings for relaxation, her own set of armor plated, black robes with emerald snake inset for battle-for extra effect, wears metal plated high heels-and cool, light robes of emerald or silver for going out. She likes to show her house loyalty.

Family: Her husband Logan, eldest son Gildor, sister Carora, middle son Davorin, youngest son Aradan and his twin sister Sanya, her only surviving daughter. Has many cousins.

Pets/Familiers: A strange tabby cat by name of Arget, an owl, Athena, for message sending, and rumors of a phoenix companion may or may not be true. If true, he is barely ever seen, and his name is Vulcan.

Hogwarts House: Slytherin. Due to her cunning-as the Sorting Hat said-'getting her into the school in the first place'-and her ambition.
However, she was never a Death Eater, and does not stand for all of this 'blood purity nonsense' as she calls it, preferring to keep the school united.

Best Friends: Mostly those she was at school with. Minerva McGonagall may have the honour of being called Laurel's best friend.

Enemies: Voldemort. Death Eaters. The usual crowd. When Mr Hallow ran into her while she was with a few of the Hogwarts faculty visiting fellow magic school Cackles Academy, she quickly added him to her list.

Specialty Hex: Bat Bogey Hex

Specialty Charm: Reparo. Ever so useful when Rolanda's going round on her broom trying to break her old record.

Favoured Quidditch Position: Chaser.

Quidditch Team: Scotland, obviously, or Holyhead Harpies.

School Records: She was famously the only of her class to never get ill.
